It all began in 2006. The founders of the brewery Spyros Kaloudis and his son Thanasis layed the foundations of the company's values and began to write the history of Corfu beer. A very unique, fresh beer with a short shelf life found exclusively in refrigerators with a production date so that the consumer can see when it was produced and not only when it expires. Something also very unique to the Greek market.
For this purpose Corfu Brewery has invested in technology and knowledge so that it can give the market innovative products. We passionately support fresh beer. All Corfu Beers are a fresh product(living) they have not undergone pasteurization, stabilization and a large part of them is unfiltered. That's the significant difference they have with industrial beers.
Thus Corfu Beer has the advantage of holding and offering us important nutrients such as proteins from cereals, antioxidants from hops and the complex of B vitamins contained in yeast. It is the most innovative that exists at least in the Greek market.
These products are not only produced, but are traded and stored under refrigeration. Beers will be found exclusively in the fridge and never on the shelf.
To support all this Corfu Brewery has made a serious investment in the product management system, beyond the production and Logistics that are very specialized like we see in Super Markets (FIFO) First in – First out, date management so that we always provide fresh product to the consumer is the biggest bet of our company, to reach the freshest product to the consumer.
Our research and development team offers a wide range of products in order to cover most of the consumers wants and to constantly create new products.
To preserve the vision and mission of the company by keeping people at the center, taking risks without fear, producing innovative products, constantly setting higher goals, always understanding the real needs of society today, offering and helping each other. Always believing that together we can move forward, writting a different story in the beer sector.
